Standard shipping is free for all orders $40 USD or more in the United States. For orders under $40 USD, flat fee shipping is $8. For orders to Canada flat fee shipping is $15 USD.

SPATCH currently ships to the US and Canada only.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from hi@spatchskin.com with tracking information.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days of placing the order but can take up 3 business days.

SPATCH has a 30-day return policy from purchase.

To initiate a return, email support@spatchskin.com with receipt or proof of purchase (email address and order number).

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email reply with shipping instructions.

If your request is approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
